Great for use in gym anywhere else
Controls take some getting used to, especially with regard to the shuffle function (I still haven't mastered it and this is my second one having broken the previous one accidentally). Limited storage space for the price lets it down otherwise it is fine.

I bought this to do a 10k ,it's ok for use when running but the sound quality isn't the best. It's easy enough to use once you get used to it,not so easy when the thing is on your head & you want to adjust volume or skip to next track. If you set it up ready on shuffle,press play,make sure you've got correct volume level and leave it play its ok.

Good for sports
These are good for running and cable doesn't bounce up and down or ear pieces fall out. No rewind or fast forward, but sound quality is excellent and locking mechanism ensures you don't accidentally switch programmes.
