A good buy
The production shows its age, dating from the 1970s, but remains very engaging, with superb performances from Nigel Davenport as the mad King, Susan Hampshire as Mrs Fitzherbert and Peter Egan as the Prince Regent. The series appears to be historucally accurate.

Best Dramas from the Seventies
Wonderful Drama from the seventies. Costumes and make-up marvellous. Watched this series when first out and then completely forgot all about it until I saw it on ebay. Glad I ordered it and watched it after so many years.
