It looked right in the online picture, but was not right in reality
The product turned out to have the wrong-size jack to plug into my laptop. It LOOKED right in the picture when I ordered it, but it clearly wasn't the right piece. Now it's not returnable and I have a piece of equipment I will never be able to use. I recommend Dell computers in general
When I bought this 2-1 Laptop I was on a budget. If u are needing a lot of memory I would recommend buying an upgraded version. I also had to buy a CD:ROM separately & the DELL OEM adapter had to be replaced under warranty before the first year was up.
