A Good Deal
You can buy in smaller quantities and you will still save money. Great for the muscles and joints and softens the water to soften your skin, just add a drop of your favorite essential oil or bath bomb, bubbles. Add a cupful to your bath water and soak for about 30 mins. It's even great as a foot soak for a footbath. This is exactly what it says and is great quality. 25kgs is a lot but we just keep the sack in the loft and go up to fill up our spare plastic cereal box when it's empty. It's great for muscle aches and pains but also great for eczema* which two of our children have. *Always seek advice from your GP/Doctor... basically don't use it for eczema and then blame me if it goes wrong ;) Great value. Really love this product
Epsom salts got me through terrible morning sickness with my first child. We want another baby and apparently if you have good magnesium levels before getting pregnant you won't get morning sickness. It's got to be worth a try! Also I experienced for the first time last week, the power of these salts in relieving muscle pain. I soaked my very painful cricked neck for 15 mins and it was 50% better by the end of the bath and 100% by the morning. You get a lot for your money
The delivery was prompt and the quality of the salts looks first rate - not that I'm a chemist ! I bought it to help my stiff mildly arthritic big toe/s. I bathe them most nights, especially after long walks, and it feels good, but it is too early to say if it is doing any long-term good. Bulk buying is best in this case
I've been using epsom salts to cleanse our wee pups eyes for several years but recently learned about using it for sore aching muscles. Although it says it right on the tin...lol...stubbornness prevailed and I never tried it. But a friend had and raved endlessly so I thought I'd give it a go. Normally I'll take some paracetamol and it rarely helps. But the first soak I had I did b/c my body hurt so bad I could hardly move. Put 2 cups in a tub of very hot water and slid in for a nice hot soak. 40 minutes later when I got out, I was amazed that not only was ALL of my pain gone, but I felt energized as well! Purchased this product for garden use. Epsom salts in effect is Magnesium or vide versa. Magnesium will turn your lawn green within a few days (apply before rain is due and the. Results are nearly instant). It is a very good product to sprinkle in the hole before planting new flowers. Your flower leaves and colours are more vibrant. After this very wet Scottish winter my lawn was not looking good. It was pale in colour and most of the leaves had a yellow end. I used this product to green up my lawn and I had fantastic results. It is still early spring, the middle of March, and I did not want to force new growth by using Nitrogen or Chicken manure. The Epsom salts gave me a fabulous looking lawn without force feeding. I am very pleased and will use through this season. It is a product I will definately order again. As a bonus it it cheaper than lawn green up products. I found the crystals difficult to dissolve even when luke warm water was used and consequently the watering can rose got chocked. Now I just scatter the crystal by hand just before rain is due. I buy this 25kg sack of Epsom salts regularly, as it is used for relieving aching joints and muscles. This such an easy and cost effective way to do it, never have any problems (although delivery can be a bit hit and miss). The only extra thing I do is to put the sack into a stronger and taller cardboard box as this contains any small spillages . Epsom salts are a great way to ease aches and pains. Simply put 1 or 2 cups of it in bath and relax in it for as long as you wish.
