Good stuff. Stand back and watch if remove cement from tools.
It certainly gets cement off metal, but you would want to get it on your skin! It's a bit hard to understand why something which is just bog standard acid should be so expensive, but it's not expensive vs competitor products.

Good value - strong formulation
Used to de-rust chromed parts, because of phosphoric acid base. Diluted to 3-5% this softly lifts the rust out without damage to sound chrome (hydrochloric acid is much less gentle).
