Product is genuine Faithfull, not a clone, so quality is tip top.
Sturdy and reliable (who wants a broken snake jammed in their toilet? - yet another headache). The bulb end is big enough to dislodge & push away a clog. Easy rotation with the crank handle makes the auger sweep inside the WC cavity/pipe. I avoided several other augers because they looked Mickey Mouse. Worth every penny
This is a Godsend. We only have one toilet in our house and my daughter has managed to block it on numerous occasions with the extraordinary volume of compacted logs that only she seems to be able to manufacture. We were at our wits end trying buckets of additional water, manual prodding (gloved), baking soda & vinegar; nothing worked. This toilet auger found its way straight to the problem and drilled through the most obstinate of obstructions in less than two minutes; it was like International Rescue sending "The Mole" in Thunderbird 2!
