This is a great product because, after five years of Microsoft stopping support, this is a genuine, working version of Windows XP Pro SP2 that installed and validated without problems. It is just what it purported to be and was at a good price. Be aware that it is Service Pack 2. I had a Windows XP SP3 upgrade CD. Also, be aware that Windows update does not work after installation. You have to accept automatic updates and keep running XP until all the subsequent updates until 2014 (plus a couple more) get downloaded and installed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
