robust but small side for a 2
they are slightly small capacity for size 2, the weld joining the edge is wider than most I've used before, perhaps that makes them more robust, it does however mean they don't fill my size 2 cone and I need to watch the level in the filter to make sure it doesn't overflow grounds into the cone. apart from that perfect.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Filters split and your coffee grounds end up in your brew.
Don't bother with these filters. Whatever is crimping the edges of the filter together is not strong enough. Once in contact with warm water the edges split and your grounds are going into your brew. Very Happy With These
Nice filters for the price and so far, having used about 10 filters, no complaints at all. When comparing with e.g. original Melitta filters the paper on these is of slightly thinner quality. I have not had any issued with torn or broken filters though, so the only difference is that water seems to filter through at a slightly faster rate. This allows you to use finely ground coffee without having to wait ages for the water to filter through, but might make a weak coffee if you use coarse ground coffee.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Coffee filters do the job.
Not being able to buy Sainsburys "own" brand filters, I tried these. They are just fine. They are a little thinner than Sainsbury's and Melitta, but they do the job and don't fall apart when you remove them from the filter holder. So all good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

They do the job
The filters have a "tong" to facilitate separating of each filter sides, so these filters are very easy to use. I use these filters as disposable ones, I do not clean them. It is not easy to clean them. I use these filters to brew coffee, which they do as expected, i.e. not too quick, letting the water to leach the goodness (and badness) out of the ground coffee before allowing to seep through into a mug. Poorly designed
