Bladder control
I have been using pumpkin seed extract pills for 4 years now. This has been very successful for me and reduced my times to go to once a night from 4 times a night. I previously was using Flotrol which was very effective as well. The problem with Flotrol was it became very difficult to obtain so I decided to try this brand.
