An inventive concept, well written and quite gripping.
An interesting concept, though the occasional Americanism or piece of more modern English that creeps in jars - the use of "fit" instead of "fitted" as a past participle for instance. The first in the series - The Beekeeper's Apprentice - I read some years ago, and re-reading it was just as enjoyable. O Jerusalem is pretty good too (the second in sequence, though not in the order of publication. Good stuff, if you suspend reality!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
