THOUGH SEEMS STURDY AND DURABLE, HOWEVER, AS A PRESEASONED GRILL PAN, ON THE FIRST USE THE CHICKEN QUARTERS WERE STUCK TO THE PAN. AFTER SOAKING AND CLEANING THOROUGHLY I GAVE IT ANOTHER GO, UNFORTUNATELY, I HAD THE SAME RESULTS. Heavy duty cast iron grill!
This is a very nice grill pan! I normally grill steaks and chops outside but decided to give this a try. I'm very happy with the pan's performance and the taste of the meat when cooked. Some items claim to be pre-seasoned but this one really is.
