Keychain is a spoon. It is a little over rated, you can eat it by itself and not die, although your tongue will be on fire but it's more like eating a cayenne pepper, it just creeps up and burns and eventually goes away.. after awhile.. It has a good taste though and was well worth the price! I mixed a quarter of the bottle in ghost pepper salsa, it was a very good mix! The ingredients in the hot sauce are "Reaper, Scorpion & Ghost peppers, Red wine vinegar, White distilled vinegar, fresh chopped onion & Garlic, Water, Natural sugar, Fresh lime juice, Chili extract & Xanthan Gum." I definitely recommened this!😏
