Good Value and Secure
The case represents good value for money. The case is more or less standard in that it's hard plastic lined with egg-box style foam. My Crosman 2240 sits nicely in it with room for pellets, a silencer and leaving room for a second pistol. The catches (one each end of the carrying handle) are quite stiff on the slides, giving a nice feeling of security further added to by holes that will take padlocks. Expensive bit of plastic
I was looking for a few good quality gun cases and after doing my research and carefully studying reviews these seemed to be the best. Oh boy was I wrong. Immediately one of the latches came off which I had to force back on.then I placed two guns inside closed the case picked it up the guns fell to the bottom.also it came with a large sticker on the front which when you try.to remove leaves the glue stuck to the case. I was advised to pad it out a bit. So I placed a couple of pieces of bubble wrap under the foam(after forcing the faulty latch back on AGAIN)and then when I closed the case it wouldn’t seal properly. If you are looking for a quality gun case and not a £17.99 useless bit of plastic don’t buy this one. The only consolation is I only bought one thank goodness,i will certainly choose more wisely next time.there has to be better products than this out there. A sturdy, value for money, pistol case that can be padlocked. Highly recommended.
A reasonably sturdy case that comes with 'egg box' foam in the top and bottom. The foam is slightly too soft in my opinion but of course users can add an extra layer and make cut-outs if needed. The two sliding catches effectively fix the case closed without any possibility of the case opening unexpectedly. Both of the catches have holes for fixing padlocks(not supplied) to prevent the contents being accessed without the owner's knowledge. A locking case is absolutely essential for safely storing pistols when there are children in the home. This 17" case is the largest of the 3 models in this range and will accommodate large target pistols such as the popular SMK CP1. The other cases are the 10" case which will snugly fit CO2 pistols such as the SA-10 and the Gamo PT-85. For larger pistols there is the 14" model.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
