Excellent ice pack
I've now got 3 of these & have used 2 of them regularly for a few months. They are lasting well & are very good quality. The gel freezes flexible and conforms nicely to the area needing iced, although a bit of bending the pack first helps. They stay frozen in use for at least an hour. It's best to wrap one in a teatowel or cloth so it's not too cold & this also makes it last longer. I use for migraines. Having two is best to have one refreezing whilst you use the other.
