Bought 2 months supply of patches after delivery I was a bit surprised when 60 patches turned up in a brown box. I started using patches straight away i have noticed no change in anyway after 5 days. If you workout wearing this patches these patches tend to come off as well. I wouldn't buy these patches again and for what they cost you can buy a 6 weeks course of steroids.
