The challenge I had was the salesmanship. Purchasing the item pictured and receiving a partial product. I was made to feel, as if "I was making the seller inconvenienced, having to ship the additional product, that I rightfully paid for." The second package came smashed. I used this product before and it worked. It takes time so patience is important. Follow directions and results are definitely possible.
