Excellent teaching aid.
This is an excellent teaching aid which will help the introduction of free hand sketching in design and graphics courses. I would recommend reducing reliance on the aid over time once students are comfortable with the concepts of isometric sketching as, after all, free hand sketching is a skill which allows you to pass on information in 3d with nothing more than a writing implement and a drawing surface. Think about the legendary " back of a fag packet designs" of yesteryear or the more modern " drawn on a napkin" ideas. Still in all a good, well made piece of drawing equipment. I teach art and design at secondary school and have ordered 30+ of these for classes to use. I think they're a great tool for people who already understand the concept of isometrics and perspective, but also a useful guide for those that don't. Like any decent stencil, the product is a little overpriced.
