Expensive, but the best
These little concentrated oat hearts are more expensive than I think they should be. However, they seem a much healthier option than rival brands being noticeably less sweet. No good if you have teeth problems
Having stopped taking statins I thought this was extremely expensive but might be a sensible idea BUT if you have teeth problems they are rock hard and soaking them does not soften them. I contacted the ebay seller who was unhelpful and uncaring. My daughter put out a request and it has been suggested that you need to soak the cereal in warm milk for 30 mins and then simmer for a few minutes like porridge. It is still tasteless so needs a sweetener - maybe chopped dates, apricots or maple syrup.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Better for health than other cereals in my experience.
Have been taking for some time.Lower cholestoral now.I soak it in fruit juice the night before and eat next morning as I would any cereal but with little if any sugar.Can be too hard if not soaked previously.
