Seems to do it's job ok.
Bought one of these trimmers after reading buyers reviews on eBay. Arrived today and upon trying it, it seems to perform well. I have purchased cheaper versions in the past, only to find they eventually gave up the ghost of stalled and pulled in use. My main criticism of this machine and all of the others is why can't they make them to run off two AA batteries instead of one ie. make them 3 volt instead of 1.5 volt thus giving them a more powerful motor. When you're an old git like me, with a veritable forest growing out of one's ears, you need something with a bit of poke. Oh one other thing, For a machine with just one switch, I think an instruction manual running into 158 pages is a bit over the top.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The definitive device for sticking up your nose
Though superficially similar to cheaper devices I've used over the years, this one is more robust and does a better job or cutting through thick nose hairs. I bought it because of the easy cleaning mode - where you put it under the tap while switched on and it gives itself a wash while squirting the dirty water out of a drainage hole at the bottom - which at least looks like it improves the hygiene of the device. Great compact design that works a treat

Not so sharp.
My last nose trimmer was the newer model Panasonic than this one and was much better as it seemed to rotate quicker. All I've done is swap the new cutting head onto my old new Panasonic nose trimmer and now all is well. I just wish they could sell replacement heads at a reasonable price instead of buying new each time, a replacement head is nearly £7.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Efficient, easy to use, easy to clean trimmer
Little or no "tugging" as you get with some other makes so much more comfortable to use. The slightly banana shape of the body fits the hand well and aids positioning. Effectively removes hair from those awkward to get at places. A doodle to clean under running (warm) water with a drop of liquid soap applied to the cutter end, without having to remove the cutter head every time. Take the cutter and head off after around six uses and give a thorough clean using the supplied brush to maintain peak efficiency. Just be careful not to drop the head (as I did with my last one) as this can damage the fine guide slits and render the trimmer useless. Also, whilst the single AA battery lasts a good while, replace it before it's completely run down to ensure the trimmer can cope with thicker hairs.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
