Condition:
Make sure block paving, jointing sand and paving slabs are dry before you start. Give the surface a decent scrub with a stiff bristle brush to remove any dust or dirt. Make sure any cleaners are rinsed off the patio & it’s dry before you start applying One Coat Patio & Block Paving Seal.

Great product, saves time in cleaning and keeps the patio cleaner for longer including the pointing.
Used before, on half my light colored rough finish patio paving. Three years later the whole patio needed a good clean, was green from months of rain and had nasty black lichen stains. I used a cleaning product and pressure washer and its was very clear which half had the Thompsons applied three years previous because one clean was enough on that half, the other half took tree cleans and another stronger cleaning agent to remove the black lichen stains. The pointing was tougher as well, didnt blast any off unlike the untreated half. Have also done the red brick patio walls and the rain just runs off. Worth the money
Fabulous product. Worth spending a bit more on this brand. Covers easily with a roller. Mostly one coat but a second needed on one quite porous slab. Enhances Indian sandstone colours and leaves a Matt finish. Gives a resistant finish so rain no longer seeps into the paving but sits on top.
