When you need just a little bit more......
Having had some wiring done in a property, we discovered that the surface-run trunking had been installed in such a way, that there was a noticeable gap between the trunking and the 2 gang socket. I ordered this spacer to try to rectify the problem and I have to say, it did the job superbly! The only problem I ran into, was that the original face plate fitting screws were too short and I had to obtain longer ones. However, that is nothing to do with the spacer itself, which is very well made, very well-priced AND arrived earlier than I expected! This is well made, it is just not quite what you need. The screw hole lugs are too proud to allow the socket to sit flush with it easily. They should be thinner really. Great Idea
These are great little bits of kit to allow a USB faceplate to fit a slim backbox without having to replace the backbox with a deeper one.
