It is not philips orginal toothbrush heads
Very disappointed. It came in orginal philips packing but toothbrush head was different from the picture on the box. At the beginning I haven't notice something is wrong although the head was very soft from beginning and 3 weeks later I decided to buy in Asda a new one and than I saw a big difference between them. Asda one was looking exactly the some as on the picture and was a good quality. Do not buy these as they are not genuine Philips Sonicare heads
I ordered these in May 2017, I always order a pack of 4 just as I use the last of my existing heads, hence the reason it's taken me three months to open the new packet but these are not genuine Philips heads, they are a poor copy, the bristles are not as dense or compact as the genuine product, after 3 days = 6 uses the head is next to us useless the bristles are too few & too soft, I will never purchase from those supplier again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Advertised with pictures trying to portray that they are genuine Phillips Sonicare brushes. These are fakes and can be purchased for a fraction of the costs. Stay well clear! In the photo a genuine one is on the right and it's already a month old. The old genuine one looks on better condition than the new unused fake

Having had two electric toothbrushes before this one I feel this one is the best. It's charge lasts quite a long time (not sure how many brushes!). One of the things I was disappointed in was the fact that you only get the one toothbrush head but it's quite easy to buy more. worth buying the real thing
