makes it so much easier to use a dremel
the flexishaft makes it so much easier to use a rotary tool such as a dremel, It is easy to hold and manouevre, making it possible to apply any of the tool heads to small projects without the bulky tool body getting in the way. The only drawback is that there are no instructions for how to fit it to the tool body, I had to go to Youtube to find out how to connect it. Disappointing product, but could be me!
I used this to try and smooth the flow in a poorly manufactured exhaust manifold. Access was tricky, hence tried this flexible drive to get better access. Drive line broke after a short time. It was probably too big a task for the product and accept that was my mistake. Probably adequate for light modelling work, intricate tasks etc. Guarantee on product but didn’t pursue as accepted was my fault.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

like dremil
just got a dremil 3000, looking for a rotary tool to connect to it, found this flexi shaft what does connect, only a lot cheaper than the named brand. it does exactly the same working the only diff is you have to use an allen key to lock bits in, still simple though, i would def recommend this item.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great flexible dremel attachment at a budget price

Easy to use, does get a little hot.
Does the job its intended to do. Good size grip, small enough to use similar to a pen. Some of my previous flex shafts where much more bulky a little unwieldly, but this feels more comfortable. Make life easier

Good essential accessory
Fitted it to my old Silverline Hobby (that had a slightly different attaching thread) by the use of elecrical tape - same idea as PTFE tape plumbers use to seal joints) and worked brilliantly. My fault re thread difference - should have checked that this accessory was correct before for my old model.
