I really enjoy my Schwinn recumbent exercise machine I use it twice a day for 30 minutes. It works very well I enjoy its features, it lets me know my progress as I work out. It is fulfilling all my needs I expect to have it for many years it is part of my daily routine. I really love the Schwinn 270 recumbent bike. It has so many features for the price, and I was also able to put it together in no time. The bottom of the seat is comfortable and has some cushion, and I love the fan that blows out to your neck area. Having multiple exercise levels is very nice. Heart rate monitor is great to have, and I couldn't be more pleased with it. I'm 52 years old, and it doesn't cause strain on my lower back or knees.
