Very sturdy toppers with the usual Wolf Garten build quality. The design enables larger branches to be cut with ease and the handle shape is very good in the hand. The arms are of a box section type design so there is not any flexing even at full stretch. They are light enough and much lighter than my old spear and jackson cica 1990 that weigh a tonne/

BEST LOPPERS AVAILABLE
When I decided to replace our ageing loppers, I wanted some that were light enough for my wife to use, strong so the arms didn't bend like my previous pair, and extendable. Looked at lots and was put off many of those recommended because they were too heavy or reviewers said they bent in use. I have other Wolf garten products which I am very pleased with, and when I found these at nearly half the rrp then it was a no brainer! In use they are superb, easy to use, readily adjusted, and do everything I require from them.

The quality of this product is evident from the start. The telescopic handles are easy to adjust and securely slot into place. It is not the most lightweight of loppers but for me the added weight gives it a feeling of security when using it. The opening for lopping branches is good and I have thoroughly enjoyed using this product and would wholly recommend it.

Best of the bunch
No other loppers quite compare. I have this model at work and at home. Personally I’d recommend this shape over the anvil shape blade. Also useful to extend just one arm for hard to reach places. Great tool.
