Box has some damage. Comes with three controllers and a Spider-Man game along with adapter and cables. Please see all pictures as they are a part of the description. Console not perfect but tested and working. Only one official controller and this has a rattle. One controller works great but does have exposed wiring along the cable. Last controller has tape keeping it together but again, it does work. Includes official Sega RF switch to use with the tv and power cable etc. Spiderman game works and has manual and box.
