Works well, concerned about battery life
Great Product, Nice over all appearance. The wireless sensor has enough range to meet my needs. 4 stars instead of 5 because it does not have a transmitter adjustment to increase the time of temperature transmission which can lead to frequent battery replacement. The product has good and bad points: Good: the price is very good compared to others, looks good, and is well designed. The customer support is good to help and quickly replace my first unit, the new unit gives equal deviation. Bad: The temperatures vary from actual by 1.5 degrees (high)indoor and (high) degrees outdoor. My old set up would hold dead on, so maybe I am expecting too much for the price range they are in. Works very well, my only compliant would be the read out could be a little more bold. My mistake was that I didn't realize how small the item was. Simple setup, temp and humidity surprising accurate
I purchased two systems. We are using an upstairs and downstairs remote with a single outdoor transmitter. We are saving the other transmitter as a spare. We have a National Weather Service site about 15 miles away. I verified readings against the NWS and our old Davis Weather station. Readings match extremely well. I like the remotes can be used on a desk or wall mounted. Even though the LCD is not backlit the numerals are pretty large and don’t need a lot of light to be readable. My only concern is the transmitter battery door. It is screwed down rather than a slide and it does not use metal inserts for the screws. So after numerous battery changes the screws may not fit properly. Currently we are using alkaline batteries in the transmitter, plan on changing them to disposable lithium AA cells to better withstand the cold, but winter is almost over for this year. I like there are no unnecessary bells and whistles, our previous wireless temperature system had a clock that for us was unnecessary and took up valuable screen real estate. All we I want this to do is display outdoor and indoor temperature and humidity. All in all a lot of bang for the buck. Hopefully they will last as long as our previous wireless thermometer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works great in our green house.
We put it in our greenhouse about 75 feet from our house. The receiver is on the windowsill in the house and receives great. We like that it has humidity and temp and tracks the low and high temps. It appears that this unit will handle multiple sensors. We are going to see if we can find some and put them in some other locations. Easy to set up, works perfect!
I purchased two of these thermometers since we have a multilevel house and want to know the outside temperature when we are upstairs and downstairs. We set both displays to the same channel and were able to read the temperature using one outdoor sensing unit. They pick up the signal through many walls and from over 50' away.
