My daughter can’t take pills but uses these at age 28.
My daughter can not swallow tablets or the liquid so she buys these. At 28 she finds these quick working and effective. They are easy to put in a handbag or take away for a weekend or holiday as you don’t need much space and do not need water with them. They have a pleasant taste.
