Suprisingly good.
These are a bit larger than I expected but the blades are thin so if you can get access from the edge of the door card or trim panel, you should be able to pop the plastic rivet out without pulling the rivet out of the trim. Assuming that the trim panel is not damp or worn, but the blades do spread the force well.
