At £200 this set was a bargain. RRP c £270
Three ply construction offers best heat distribution (aluminium core) with stainless steek outer layers providing a great medium for induction hobs and very easy to clean-up to look like new. Bought this set as a gift based on 10 years experience of my own set and other 'three ply' le Ceuset products. They are not the cheapest but the stainless surfaces seem to last forever. Not so the non stick products but frying pans take a beating! The trick is to use a lower heat than you think would be correct and never use metal spatulas.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
