Happy with the product. It. Definitely picks up the dog hair on clothes, furniture and works really well picking it up off carpets too. You need to make sure you rub it the correct way against the grain of the fibers on the brush so that it picks up the hair. If you sweep it the opposite way it picks up nothing. The container scrapes off all the hair on the brush and you clip off the bottom to empty it. It picks up loads! We also use it to clean the hair out of the dog brushes we have. Not sure how long it will last as we have to use it a lot but I'm happy and would buy again.

Doesn't pick up pet hairs!!
I thought this was gonna be great removes pet hairs, but it doesn't it's rubbish waste of £9.95/£9.99 it gathers all the hairs & just makes item look even more hairy it doesn't pick up the hairs like advertised - I was really disappointed. I can't return item as box it arrived in was damaged but I thought it don't matter I will throw box away & put in my cleaning cupboards. It will go in the bin as it doesn't work.
