As a new user of this type of product I would say it needs getting used to. The good thing is the high pressure of water and the results are felt as you run your tounge against your teeth and the gaps. I haven't used tounge cleaner yet, so can't say much about it. The negative thing is that the equipment is not waterproof apparently, but I when you use it the water pours down on it. It can not be avoided. If anyone can use it without getting it wet...then hat's off to them! Other issue is relatively small water container, so you need to keep feeling it up during one session if you do it properly. Waterpik.? More like water lot
A well made product. Good size base so doesn't fall over. Large fluid tank. Easy to use.....But it just fills your mouth up with liquid. I have tried a couple of different heads and have it on the lowest setting. My previous water flosser was a Phillips sonicare which is expensive but the precision jet is perfect as I have a retainer brace and can't use a manual flosserVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

I wouldn't be without this Water Flosser now. I am very pleased with it.
I was surprised how much debris I had left between my teeth after cleaning and flossing with dental tape. I have teeth which are very cramped and this water flosser washes out all debris left behind from between my teeth and in any pocketing.. I like the two different strengths and the assorted heads. It doesn't take long to work out the best way to hold water flosser. I usually use two fills of the tank to cleanse, mainly because I have only had this flosser for a week and also because I have been trying out all the heads. I would have preferred a more solid feel to the water tank hinge and flap, but it certainly does the job as it is. Excellent product
This is an excellent item. So good I have now bought two for the family a d another as a gift. It is far superior to other products I have used and bought. It does the job of cleaning thoroughly and is easy to use. Some other similar products unbearably tickle the mouth when using but there is no such problem with Waterpik. Great addision to oral hygine
I love this although did take a bit of getting use to I got soaked first few times & nearly had my eye out. Really works though I use after I brush with my electric sonic brush & there is always more food debris that comes away ( sorry gross) I use to floss but always ended up with bleeding sore gums, but not a problem with the waterpik, I usually ad a bit of mouth wash to the water & I found I have to use warm water as I have sensitive teeth. The brush looks to be well made & you can buy a new water tanks, & brushes on their website. Good product once you get used to using it
Once you have got used to not spraying the water everywhere, this is a good product! Makes my teeth feel much cleaner and you can feel the water spray really going through between teeth. My only one criticism is that there is no charging light on the product so cant tell when it is fully charged up. I like it that it has a proper 3 pin plug on the charger instead of yet another USB lead! I bought this product on a sale price so am happy with it for that price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Despite constantly telling my dentist i will floss i never do- so i decided to try this. Its so easy to use, and the result is amazing. Now i use it every day. Its certainly improved the nasty discolouration between my bottom teeth. I use it after brushing and am astonished with the gunk that is dislodged after ive supposedly cleaned them (with a sonic toothbrush) My dentist is going to be impressed when i next visit! Good, but with one drawback
This is really good and makes my mouth feel really fresh and clean I do like it but I just wish it had some kind of indicator as to the state of the battery or if it needs charging. Especially as the information leaflet says if you let the battery go flat it will damage it. It also takes a very long time to charge, you need to do it overnight, and again no indication whether it is even charging or not. This is to me a major oversight by the makers, and spoils an excellent product. I have to judge by how many times I have used it whether it needs charging or not. It says if you use it once a day then charge weekly. But it would be so much better if it would tell you when to charge!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Waterpik cordless flosser not great.
Not particularly powerful. No idea what psi it produces but not nearly as powerful as the plug-in Waterpik Approximately 250ml tank empties very quickly and no way can do all teeth before emptying the tank. Certainly needs at least one refill and possibly more. Being sold as a travel flosser the charger supplied in the UK is only 230-250 volts and is therefore useless where the voltage is 110 volts and I have been forced to purchase a 110-230 volt charger from another source.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It is good for your teeth & gums!
This product is quite big but it does do the job it is supposed to very well. My Dentist & Hygienist are delighted with the results. But there a couple of issues! It is almost impossible to empty the tank if there is anything left so you have to run it dry to ensure you don't have any old liquid in it! I have had mine for sometime now and the recharging time from the battery is seriously declining! I am lucky if I get 5 days with out having to recharge the battery where as when it was new I would get at least 2 weeks. If the supplier is reading this I would be delighted to hear if the battery life is suppose to decline so steeply!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
