Great value and work as well as more expensive options
Seem to work as well as more expensive options. I tried both, the original Ketostix and these Ketone sticks and both repeatedly produced the same results. Usefully, these are a little longer than the others I have tried. My only gripe is that the image suggests they will be supplied in a box which I wrongly assumed would contain a tub. Good value and effective
After reading other reviews, I was skeptical but thought the strips were worth a try as they’re so much cheaper than others. Tryst arrived within 48 hours and I was please to see my first few tests came out very purple, indicating I was in ketosis. I also noticed lighter colours when I’d reintroduced some carbs and sugars. A month or two later, I’m starting back on a keto diet and the tests are a great way to keep me on track and they appear to be changing colours again.
