Very sturdy and worth double the money!
This inversion table is excellent value for money, considering the relief it provides. I had one, up until a few years ago. Wow - what a difference getting back on one is!!! I recommend everyone use one, regularly, to ‘decompress’ a little - you’ll be amazed how much better you feel! Great for exercise, too. Proper crunches - ones you feel the next day! With the decompression, though, I find the shoulder rest extraneous, so removed it...it doesn’t allow you to stretch fully. Good for safety, but as this also has a safety belt, I feel happy and safe without the shoulder rest - and can gain the full effects and benefits of the table.
