I WAS HAPPY!
Used unit for the first time to clean my couch. It was easy to use and mix the product. Came with some sample cleaning liquid and spot remover. It picked up the surface dirt quite well but this couch has some ground in stains which it didn't get out but I have tried to pre treat it yet. Awesome Machine
Tested it out on this old office chair I've owned since the mid 90s. Used it everyday until few years ago. Kids played and spun around in it growing up, they're in their 20s now. Chair has never been cleaned. I believe it still had dirt from the original owner...LOL Found it on a sidewalk somewhere in NY and threw it in the back of my van and took it home to smoke weed, drink and play video games in it. This machine is the truth. It pulled almost 30yrs worth of dirt, and dirty dirt out of this chair. Surprisingly the chair didn't fall apart for being held together by the dirt. Wish I had thought to take before pics. Bought this to clean my mother's 95 Honda that I'm pretty sure has never been cleaned since the day she rolled it off the dealers lot. Great little unit
This little fellow works great for small areas and car interiors. Got a ton of stuff from my truck carpets. You will see how much it picks up. Like anything else tougher stains may need to be pre treated and it could take more than one but you will see the grime it picks up each time. This is a good value. Nice lightweight extractor with good suction.
I bought this unit because my Bissell Pet Spot was losing its suction and leaking. I first ordered the Rug Doctor portable unit. It worked well, twice, then would not spray anymore. They refused to honor the warranty, because I ordered on ebay. I needed a small unit because my dog is losing his sight and doesn't always find his pee pad. This little unit has the power to clean his urine up, and leave the area smelling fresh. I do have a large unit I clean the whole area with every week or two. I was in the cleaning business for 32 years, cleaning large commercial buildings. I have extractors and even an expensive spotter.
