Performs as advertised, maybe better!
Love this stuff! Use it on old seized up sewing machines, tools, machinery, and the stairs on our RV as a truncated list. Usually takes minimal squirt and short wait to release stubborn fasteners without buggering up the head. I'm not particularly fond of its aroma, but certainly not as bad as many others. It's a very very light oil with other magical stuff in it, so need to do a proper cleaning/oiling after things start moving; like on 100+ year old all metal sewing machines. A little goes a long way for my usage. Hang on to the applicator tube if using spray application, I put a wide rubber band around the container for better retention after use.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Kroil and useage expectations
I have been working on rusty mechanical things all my life. Especially in road salt areas. This Kroil is about the best penetrating oil that I have found. It is expensive, but I don't care. I bought it for a reason, it works the best. Now, it is not a miracle product. Don't expect any tight rusted joint to magically come loose with Kroil. You need heat to break the bond of rust from differential expansion. Where Kroil shines, is once you have a tiny bit of movement in the joint, either by hammering or from heating, then the Kroil allows the rust to flow away when you work the joint. It has a very thin viscosity that really wets the inner cavities of the rust. That is the key to how it works so well. It penetrates and lubricates. (No, it is not an oil). Magical stuff
Best penetrating oil on earth ... little pricey but well worth it ... used it many times restoring tractors on rust pitted bolts no heat required ... puts pb wd and everything in between to shame ..
