Makes vacuuming a pleasure
It is so light to use and the swivel head makes it easy to reach into corners and under furniture. The battery power lasts long enough for me to clean a larger than average three-bed bungalow. It also breaks down into a smaller hand held vacuum which is ideal for cleaning a car. A brilliant piece of design and engineering. The only drawback is that when the cleaner is left standing while moving an object, it is very easily knocked over and cause problems with the coloured indicator lights in the head of the cleaner.

Not As Advertised
This is a great little compact cordless vacuum cleaner, ready to tackle lots of jobs and different surfaces. It's lightweight, and fairly powerful for a cordless stick vacuum cleaner. The tools fit together nicely, and can be stored away in lots of fairly small locations. However, both the battery life and recharge times are not as advertised. To get the most out of it's power, you need to have it in "turbo" and "carpet" modes. The advertised runtime is 20 mins in these settings, but you'll only get about 10 mins in reality. Also, a full charge is supposed to take 6 hours, but it's at least twice this in reality. I'm using this as a more powerful option to a handheld vacuum "dust buster" type cleaner, and it beats that no problem. I also use it as a quick solution as opposed to getting the plug-in upright vacuum cleaner, which saves on setup time, but can't quite match the suction power or dirt capacity. In summary, I like it for what I need it for, but it's not got the battery life I was expecting. It really is lacking the spare battery that some other models come with as standard. A genuine battery costs over £100, so it's not economically viable to purchase one to have as a backup. The best you'll get out if this is 10 mins good vacuuming, maybe twice a day at most. Don't forget that you'll have to empty the can and clean it between each use, so it's not a replacement for a corded vacuum cleaner in terms of power, capacity, or ease of cleaning.

Hoover bagless cleaner
I received my order quickly and was kept informed of exactly when it was coming. Hoover was easy to put together and easy to use, it has a setting to hoover carpet and one for wooden floors although it cleans carpets well I would say my old hoover with cord had better suction. Overall for the price of the hoover I think I have made a good purchase

Does what it says on the tin.
Hoover easy to use, works well on all surfaces. Don't expect to do the whole house on one charge, the battery runs flat after about 20 mins use. Easy to empty once you have the dust container off, getting back on is a bit tricky if you have small hands. Otherwise very happy.

Worth Every Penny
Bought this in place of the cylinder hoover that i used. I am glad i did now. The H-Free is Lightweight, bagless, great battery life, suction as good as a corded hoover. Very easy to empty and just as easy to clean. Comes with the accessories such as upholstery and crevice tool. You'll love the LED lights on the front. It's the little things ;-)

Looks good and is light weight
It is very light weight which is good and hoovers the carpets well. However the hand held piece does not get nearer enough edges of carpet. Needs emptying frequently and not that easy. Worse thing is that it constantly needs the battery to be recharged. ,

Brilliant Hoover Product
It is very light and efficient. My wife is disabled and finds the Dyson too heavy but finds the Hoover 500 so easy to use. Picks up the cats hairs and can get under the settee. Frequent emptying and charging is not a problem. Highly recommend this product.

Turbo Power!
This Hoover has 2 settings and must say this, in the regular setting it's pretty useless but in the Turno setting it's really really powerful and sometimes wrestles with our rugs! Suction is excellent. We have a very large 21 x 26 Living room and this Hoover gets around it to freshen it up before a big vacuuming is needed. It's great for counter top crumb and I use it like this plugged in at the worktop on the handheld mode. It's extremely sturdy and the parts attach like they have been well thought through and very well engineered. Great tools come with. Rate our previous similay style machine (Dyson) a 4 and this is a 9.75. If you want a powerful suction this is the one. The carpets look great afterwards, spotless, refreshed. Stores really well.
