Good product, good brand, confident in my purchase.
The unit is a good size for what I need and simple to operate. It may or may not be as accurate as a full cuff unit, because if I take three readings in sequence, the numbers will vary somewhat. Avoid this Omron BP6350 unit. There are better options out there.
This Omron wrist monitor (7 series) has a very cheap flimsy plastic feel to it. It is designed for a single user only despite what it says in the manual. If you use it for more than 1 user, you have keep track each reading manually. The bluetooth feature works but the downloadable app requires the consensus of their use of your private data. Data mining personal health information is a no-no for me no matter what the context is. While the unit is extremely quiet there is no way to tell if the unit has completed reading. Only the person who "wears" the unit knows simply by feel. There is no audio alert. In addition, the LCD display can only be read when viewing directly in front. Any slight angle will make the display unreadable. In conclusion, if you are helping others to take blood pressure, avoid this unit. if you are using this on yourself and must have the bluetooth capability then it may be just good enough though I still think there are better units out there. I do not recommend this product. I had an older Omron wrist unit that had a much better usability than this model. I think Omron is doing disservice to their brand by releasing such subpar product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Reading is good but very difficult to view it
Overall its a good blood pressure monitor with mostly accurate reading. But its major problem is its screen. You can’t view whats happening on screen if you try to hold your hand in correct position. Whole screen looks digital and nothing can be viewed. You need to rely on its inflate. There is no sound which gives signal when reading started or ended. Not expected this much featureless from a company like Omron and its price is much higher than any other good brand, which has lot of features including sound and good vision monitoring.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Omron blood pressure product total design failure
Have Omron upper arm unit for my daily use. Bought this unit for travel monitoring. Almost never gives a reading. usually gives E4 report. Tried every wrist position and support position. Vibration/shake indicator does not illuminate. Turned off heart location feature and bluetooth. Run out of options. replaced unit and no improvement. Unit way too sensitive and should be recalled. Good brand, good product, really fast delivery.
I've been a user of this brand for a long time already. Back when I was a caretaker for my father we were recommended this brand for the portable wrist blood pressure monitor because my father had a cannula on his left upper arm installed for dialysis. This unit is very easy to use even for older people who are not great with electronics, though the extra features really help for any caretakers trying to keep track of all of this without resorting to paper and pencil, like what I used to have to do. This unit is quite a bit smaller than the old grey strapped wrist unit I had before so it is even more convenient and lightweight. Bought this for my wife on advice from our niece who's husband is a registered nurse currently going after his Nurse Practitioner license. Accurate readings, noiseless
The monitor seems to take accurate readings and has the benefit of being noiseless. It also is faster than my old monitor. The only issue is pairing it through Bluetooth. So far, I have not been able to pair it to my phone. This could be an issue with the phone.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Lots of frills but very unreliable readings.
Omron has long been the gold standard for blood pressure cuffs but this thing is worthless. A ton of fancy features but comepletefully bogus readings. If my BP were 80/40 I'd be unable to stand, most likely in the hospital. I have an older Omron and it's very reliable.
