Works like a "Super-Fast 2.0" charger should
It works great. I compared it to an original OEM version from Samsung. The case is definitely not the same. So, I must therefore assume that it is not an OEM model. But with that being said, it works fine. It is capable of doing the "Super Fast 2.0", charging. If you don't use a super-fast charging cable with it, it cannot charge the Super-Fast 2.0 speed. It can still charge; it just takes longer. How will it react to a bad battery, when trying to charge it? Does it have the safety issues built in to it? I do recommend it, however. I have been using them for a month and they are working seamlessly, so far. I took a star off, just because I'm guessing that it is not an OEM as described earlier.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This new 45w charging is insane. And BTW guys this charger works the s20plus. Not sure if I'm getting the speed of the ultra but BIG BOOST
This thing is designed for the Ultra but the 45w setup made my charging of my s20plus charging performance seem to be at the performance that the ultra has. This Samsung zsuoer fast charger is every bit of what it says it is. 10 minutes to charge my Samsung 21 Ultra. The build construction is solid, the charger is reliable, the provided cord is sufficient at 3 feet. But it's very blocky and takes up more room than a standard charger meaning if you are using a power strip, you can't plug anything in next to it because it takes up a hair bit more room than it's provided space, making it impossible to plug in anything else. Why you should buy this..
Sure some will say it doesn't charge as fast as they thought or it only charges 10 minutes quicker. Let's think about it. 10 x 7 is 1hr 10 min a week x 4 is 4hrs and 40 min a month x 12 is 56hrs a year of your life you are getting back just by getting this charger. That's how much in one year you save from being on the charger in just one 0-100 charge time. Is money more important than the quality of your life. You only have so many hours of life. The TA-845 Super Fast Charger does charge faster than previous units. However, this is really only true when charging up to the first 50%. Samsung smartphones have a limiting circuit that inhibits fast charging the closer the battery gets to 100%. So, if you are looking for a quick charge up in the morning before work, or at work before leaving, this would be a good choice.
