Absolutely useless after first couple of times !!!
Update after couple of months of Use : Absolutely worthless !! It only worked first couple of times as described in original review below. After that, there is no effect on my man tool. It numbs my man tool about 25-30mins after it's applied. During intercourse, it feels less pleasure inside and slows down ejac. In my case, I would say it slowed down ejac to get about 50-100% more time, not 4x or 10x like some people claim. At the end of the day, ejac is controlled by mind as well, not just the man tool. What I like is, after ejac, I am still able to go at it longer than before - may be because I am not feeling much, tool is not whittling down as fast as before.
