The tablets are as on the box. The Wellwoman micronutrient tablet is large but shaped to easily swallow with water. It does however have a rather unpleasant smell and its best to swallow quickly! My wife has been taking Wellwoman Max regularly for the past 4 months and she feels she benefits by them. She is not so tired and feels more active. We chose Wellwoman Max specifically for 'mental performance' as she has been taking tablets which cause slight vagueness and after 3 months there appears to be an improvement in focusing on tasks.
