Tough heavyweight pievr of kit.
WOW, great piece of heavy duty kit for the garden, patio or even caravan!. Tip 1: Read the instructions through a couple of times before starting assembly. Especially note the positioning of the seat leg uprights with relation to the underside of the seat, this will help when aligning the main angled support braces correctly. I would advise a two person assembly with somebody whom has some DIY knowledge and tooling. Tip 2: I beefed my excalibur table up by switching out some screws for 8x100mm heavy duty coach screws in the seat bracing area and I also added a couple of screws to the underneath of the smaller rounded table top planks. I have engineered some removable wheels as an additional project because its really heavy to move! All in all its a great product and should last a long time if treated with stain regularly.

Attention to detail
Although the frame and seats are good and the instructions were easy to follow when putting it together we are really disappointeld with the table top - it is quite rough and some of the wood has splits in it. We thought we had bought one if your better tables but before our grandchildren can use it we will have to sand it and feel that it will not be long before some of the split wood will need replacing / work to repair it. Good idea and usable table and we do realise wood is a natural product so won't be perfect but feel that a little more attention to detail would have improved the product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Really sturdy.
Just built this up, took about an hour. I recommend leaving bolts loose until it's fully up. Also the seat supports (H section) needed to be about 2'' (50mm) in from the end of the seat ,not at the end as in the instructions. Hope this helps you to build it up. Once I managed to get it erected it looks good and feels quite sturdy. Instructions easy to follow, even for me. Only issue I had was that the package was 6 screws short of a picnic table. Good quality wood just a pain to put together
It good quality wood just the instructions are useless you might as well set fire them and do you best on your own . The company dont drill holes in the wood for you to put the screws in so unless you own a drill you know chance put it together. Email the company with a complaint basically fob me off and say it easy to put together as long they got your money they dont care which is a shame because it is a nice table just took almost 4 days to put togetherVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good solid table, perfect for family BBQ.
Arrived in 3 well packaged parcels. Seems good quality and instructions were good. There is a bit of DIY required, like pre-drilling holes and screwing bits together. Bolt holes are already there, but it took 2 of us to push/pull hard enough to align holes to put bolts through. Takes about an hour to assemble if you have a good cordless drill/screwdriver. This is an update of a previous review... having had the table in the garden now for approx 6 weeks i am bery disappointed with it, i oiled each piece prior to assembly in the hope of offering some protection and stop it drying out too quick... 6 weeks later the table is bowing badly,particularly the table top, at least 3 pieces now have a horrible bow to them making the table.problematic to use and it looks awful. It all looked great on first assembly, now however its just appears to be of poor quality, poor timber, and possibly not treated appropiately by the manufacturer... not impressed at allVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

A very sturdy garden table for a big family. Delighted.
Best price I could find without skimping on thickness of wood. Delivered very promptly in 3 parcels / boxes. Fixings and instruction in small plastic sealed wallet. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Having said that it is heavy and took two of us move it round for the finishing instructions. You really need a power drill to get the long screws home. It is useful to have two drills as there is some pre drilling to be done. We were a few screws short. Luckily my helper was a builder with a small case of all sizes to hand. It comes ready weather treated which saves a job. Dismantling for storage in Winter is relatively straightforward but it will be easier to accomplish if the table is turned upside down onto its top to get easy access to the necessary screws that need to be removed. Very good table ...terrible instruction manual
I really like this table and looks fab in my garden.. its quiet solid for the price the only down fall was the instructions that came with it as it were a nightmare.
