On one hand it is the best vertical mous...
On one hand it is the best vertical mouse I have had so far. The only slight criticism I have is the mechanics of the scrolling wheel. After some time it wears of and something snaps inside (had that one time) or it becomes a bit hit and miss to operate (so happened with my last one). I am using it in connection with computer aided construction drawings and thus I'm zooming in and out of drawings frequently. Otherwise happy with this type of mouse, it fits my hand like a glove. I bought this mouse because I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome and mouse-clicking seems to exacerbate the problem. I hoped this would put my hand in a more natural position, but although it's nice to rest on the side of my hand, my fingers seem too short to press the buttons correctly. The best solution i have found for my RSI.

Great bit of kit
I've had sore forearms for a year or two now, but like a lot of people can't simply stop using my computer. The shark fin style mouse looks very cool, but more importantly is very comfortable to use. As a female with fairly small hands (gloves are always too big for me) it has taken a bit of getting used to and ideally the mouse would be a bit smaller, but that said the pain is starting to subside well enough for me to do my work without the constant nagging pain. I had used this mouse before in an office because of wrist pain, it did help I think. Great for my wrist RSI
I have been suffering with RSI in my wrist due too much mouse use - especially double clicking. Having my hand vertical definitely eases the pain. Instant relief from wrist injury..fantastic product
This thing is fantastic, I wish I'd got one ages ago. I haven't used a mouse since I stopped using a desk top years ago, so I never considered the need for a mouse. I'm online a lot especially since lockdown and I developed a nasty Repetitive Strain Injury in my hand and wrist, it quickly became debilitating, then I got this mouse and the relief was fairly instantaneous. Compared to a standard mouse this is more comfortable to use and reduces RSI stresses significantly, though if you already have relatively severe RSI it's unlikely to be the total solution for the condition, but it will [probably] help to make life a bit easier.
