Worth it!
This game is great! Simple, turn based board game that uses REAL bird species. That's my favorite part. The birds abilities are also correlated to real life: in nature, if the species lay a lot of eggs, they do so in this game as well. Also noted is that there is no "attack" in this game, so competitiveness is never mean spirited. Wingspan flies with high quality
This game is easily one of the finest game engines I have ever seen. I get it, its about birds. But this game is so high quality and generally beautiful you forget the theme to an extent and concentrate on the incredible amount of strategy in such a simple to play game.
