Just the right size!
Every time mine or my husbands prescription changes I make another card and list all the medicines, doctors and chemist with their phone numbers. I then laminate them and we carry it with us where ever we go. Its so much easier than trying to remember what tablets we are taking and the dosage. Cheap and cheerful
The laminating pouches of this size which I had previously used were self-adhesive. I had assumed these were the same. They are not. They are designed for used with a laminating machine, using heat. This was not clear from the webpage description. Had I known, I would not have bought them. However, I have succeeded in laminating a card, using a domestic clothes iron on the lowest setting.
