The chocolate maker itself is good and works well. What is not good, in my opinion, is the taste of the hot cocoa. It is simple to use. You toss in the cocoa mix that you want to use along with a cup of milk or water (your choice).push 'on and walk away. A few minutes later, your hot cocoa is ready. The problem is (again in my opinion and I am not fussy) the cocoa drink looks and taste like brown dish water. Nice product, glad I bought it
I got this because my sister has a black one, she made cocoa for my grand daughter and myself when we visited, only she made it with almond mild and I could not tell the difference, My 7 year old grand daughter could not either. She said she wanted one so I bought it for her. Ours did not turn out as well as my sisters, but it wasn't the machines fault, I didn't know how to use it, there were not instructions on how to use it, it didn't come in the original box , I had hoped I would have gotten the instructions with it, but you tube helped me out, however I still goofed it up lol. Delicious hot chocolate prepared in a few minutes
This product is great! Just add milk and your choice of hot chocolate powder and press the button. It makes a nice hot chocolate with some froth in about five minutes. :) The stirring center piece is magnetic and comes out for cleaning. Makes the Best Hot Chololate Ever!
This makes the best hot chocolate! So glad to have found one in such good condition for a reasonable price.
