Nice quality extra large cage
I bought this cage for my first two pet rats and it’s perfect for them! The size is HUGE giving them 4 floors to play on and lots of space to climb, explore and have fun. My two bois really love the space. The cage itself is coated in a black/silver metallic coating which is great as it will protect the metal and prevent it from rusting over time. The shelving units are good quality and easy to remove even when filled with substrate making its very easy to clean. Speaking of cleaning being all metal it’s incredibly easy, full cage and be cleaned and dried with kitchen towel in a letter of minutes despite its huge size. There are a couple of issues, the instructions are not great. A link to an instructional YouTube video would be better IMO. Second to this is a few of the metal parts don’t fit very well together, this can be remedied using a hammer, pliers and a bit of brute force but it shouldn’t be required considering the cost of the cage. Thankfully even with the couple of issues above I would still very much recommend this cage! It’s great and my rats love it!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Charcoal Grey not silver gret
I was disappointed in the colour as I expected it to be silver/grey like the description but it was just the regular charcoal grey/black colour like all the other cages. This was the deciding factor to buy this one from the many others - even sacrificing the single opening door. Easy to assemble without the instructions, however they trays are not flush with the cage edge so they is a small gap. Not a massive deal but for a product that is £150 you would want all your bars straight and without gaps. I would recommend it if you need a big cheap cage and you can’t spent £300 on one of the other big brands.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I fully agree with all the positive reviews of this product. Very easy to put together so long as you have a few basic tools. Once put together and set up, our two Degu's were right at home and loving all the extra space they have. Only thing I would say is that the hatch on the 3rd level that the ladder pops through was a little impractical; As there is no edging the Degus would kick all wood shavings and other cage matter down to the 2nd level. I had to install my own aluminium L shaped edging around it to prevent that. All good now.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fantastic huge ferret cage!!
Love this cage! I found it fairly easy to put together - instructions show you which step to do next but don't explain how, to do each step very well. Best thing to do is work out exactly which bits go where before you start to put any of it together. Overall it's, a really good quality cage, as other reviewers have said some odd bits were bent and required a few bangs of the hammer but perfect afterwards. My cage is under a sloping roof so I didn't have height to put the wheels section on. This means the cage sits on one inch high legs so I needed to put planks of wood under each to stop them digging into the wooden floor. My ferret absolutely loves his new cage, there's so much room and it's possible to change the small shelves to a different side meaning I've been able to tailor it for his different toys/beds.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good product once built
Good value for money in terms of size and the space inside is perfect for my degus. However, building this cage was a nightmare. Pretty poor quality welding on the panels. I had to file down some weld spots in some of the holes in order to connect the panels together. I also had to turn in to the incredible hulk to force joints in to place as the panels were out by 3-5mm in some areas. I had to retap some of the threads to get screws in. Some of the metal was bent when it arrived which I'm not sure whether was down to postage or product. Despite this though, the cage (once built...top tip, do some warm ups exercises first) is spacious and sturdy. No gaps allowing escapes and should be easy to clean. My degus love it. Allows for lots of accessories without taking up too much space. Quick delivery. I would recommend this product. However, a file, some large pliers and some superhero strength is definitely required to get the cage built.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great cage
Great cage for a fraction of the cost of some the same size! Instructions are awful, best to just use logic and ignore the instructions. Ended up buying 2 cages because the first looked so lovely. There were a few issues with getting some joints to line up, one cage had to have a cable tie on one part because there was no chance of getting it to line up but it doesn't affect use. The trays were all a little warped in both cages but a little bit of bending and hammering the edges inwards got them to fit in. We have two groups of very happy rats in their new homes, both male and female babies at 10 weeks couldn't escape the bar spacing 👍Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great cage with loads of space for rats and really easy to assemble and clean on your own.
This cage is a great size, doors and locks are easy to use and good quality. The shelves and trays make for quick easy cleaning. Can be put together as one story for young or new rats and then next level added to provide more room. Easy to put together; as I had to do this on my own this was great. Plenty of ladders included and shelves can be moved around if you want. trays are deep enough bedding isn't thrown outside onto the floor. Rats love the climbing opportunities and there is loads of space to add hammocks, toys and enrichment. As bedding can be placed on all floor surfaces the male rat smell is reduced a lot. Wheels are a great feature and have brakes once cage is in place, it isn't too heavy to move on your own even on carpet. Lovely big cage, few bits to change for a chinchilla
It's very spacious but I had to take the metal ladders out and place wooden ledges in so they can hop level to level as one of my chinchillas got her leg caught between the bars.
