Ignore the awful adverts
Really pleased with this phone. I had read all the reviews and was was worried about the battery life but it is much better than I was expecting. The phone is fast and takes great photos which was my biggest want and for a sensible price. I love Samsung phones so I wanted to stick with them thinking the A8 would be similar enough to my four year old A5 to make the transition simple. It was and it wasn't - things have moved on a lot in four years as you would expect, but it was familiar enough and I must say although I still loved my old phone it was showing its age a bit. The A8 is easier to use and more intuitive. The camera and video are much easier and give excellent results. The only thing that made me nearly not buy it was the adverts bigging up the selfie lifestyle stuff!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
