Be careful of how thick it is...
This is a good product, and I want to have all of the tools available to me when doing a lockout service. However, it should be noted that the big, fat, bulk base of this thing makes it extremely difficult to get into the crack between the door and the "B" pillar. You have to super-inflate your air bags and take a chance on bending the door or breaking the glass. Once inside, it works fine. Now that I have used this, I have already seen new products out from Access that have a loop set up that runs the wire through the handle and you can pull on the rear to tighten the loop's grip. It is my go-to tool now when the standard extension rod is not enough. I would say that for the small price of this tool, it is worth the investment just to have in "in case" you even find a circumstance where it is the only thing that will work for you. Like most other guys that work with tools for a living, I would rather have too many than not enough.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
