This basket is so cute!! I found it to be good quality and had no issues with attaching it to my bike. It comes with two plastic pieces, sort of like a zip-tie, but not permanent and very adjustable. The way it is designed, the basket should fit every bike. It is even a bit bigger than I expected (think kitchen toaster). The depth was a pleasant surprise. The streamers are adorable!! They are shiny, multi colored ribbon and have a "windmill" attached to them so it twirls while riding the bike.
